Shipping & returns

Orders are packed for collectibles and shipped with tracked service. Shipping fees are calculated by country and order amount. Tracking details are added to the order once dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery. Please contact our support team before returning any item. Collectibles must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and with all certificates, packaging, and accompanying documents. Return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility, except where the item was damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected.
